To cap off my dive into exploring nature, I dedicated this month’s daily sketches to bugs. At the start, I was gonna try and stick to the basic ones, but I realised it probably would be a lot more fun to try and push myself to discover new bugs while leaving more common bugs as a lazy day drawing task. Not only is this month the end of the brief nature study, but it is also the official endpoint of a full year of drawing every single day. I am extremely proud of the discipline I have developed from this challenge, but I am also super grateful for all of the support and love people have shown the sketches themselves. I do hope to keep this going, see how long I can keep it going for and maybe switch up the challenges this year round.
